Raj is an associate lawyer at Magellan Lawyers LLP.  Raj regularly advises clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private debt and equity financings, corporate governance, shareholder agreements and general corporate law. She has experience working with clients in a range of industries, including technology, mining, life sciences, manufacturing and hospitality.

Prior to her career here at Magellan, Raj worked at a downtown Vancouver law firm where she gained extensive experience in corporate and securities law, working with both public and private companies. 

Raj takes pride in providing her clients with proactive and tailored legal solutions. Outside the firm, you can find her hiking, watching films, travelling the globe, and playing all kinds of sports. Raj is also fluent in Punjabi, Urdu and Hindi.
